Nemecio "Nemoe" Lopez from a young age, I knew exactly what I wanted to do. I love to draw, tattoo while building meaningful relationships & creating a vision into reality. When I decided to commit, focus and work hard, I built a name for myself in the San Fernando Valley & Los Angeles.

Nemoe specializes in black and grey realism portrait style, lettering, and big or small style of tattooing upon request.

After the artwork is approved, there is a non-refundable $100 deposit required to book an appointment. This $100 will go towards the full price of your tattoo. Payment is processed through Zelle.
